Sea Swivel Trolling Motor Mount f/Minn Kota, Garmin, Rhodan, Power Pole Bow-Mount Trolling Motors [SEA-HDM]

The Sea Swivel SEA-HDM is a heavy-duty, marine-grade pivoting trolling motor mount that lets you position your motor for deployment and adjust its stowed angle to suit your boat. Repositioning the stowed motor helps keep anchor hatches accessible and the motor head from hanging over the side.

Built for marine use

• 7075-T6 aluminum alloy construction, a material used in the aerospace industry, provides strength and durability.
• An anodized finish helps protect against corrosion in harsh marine environments.
• 316 stainless steel lock pins and mounting hardware provide additional corrosion resistance.
• An included pre-cut backing plate reinforces the underside of the mounting surface.
• A patent-pending, single-bolt mounting design streamlines installation.
• Suitable for saltwater and freshwater use.

Installation requirements

Installation requires an 8" × 8" flat mounting surface and access beneath the gunwale to tighten the nut. Apply Teff-Gel or marine-grade grease to the main bolt threads and bearing assembly during installation.

A quick-release bracket is required to install the trolling motor. The mount comes pre-drilled for the quick-release brackets associated with the following motors. Confirm the bracket and motor combination before installation.

Motor and bracket compatibility

Minn Kota

• Ulterra and Terrova: RTA 54/62 quick-release brackets, listed for all 36V permanent-magnet motors.
• Instinct Quest, Terrova Quest, and Ulterra Quest: RTA 55/56 quick-release brackets, listed for all new brushless/Quest motors.
• Smaller 24V units: RTA17 quick-release bracket, listed for all 24V motors.

Garmin

• Kraken 24V/36V motors with shaft lengths from 48" to 110".

Rhodan

• Large 6-bolt mount: 36V motors with 84", 96", 108", or 120" shaft lengths.
• Smaller 4-bolt mount: 24V motors.

Power Pole

• MOVE PV offshore trolling motors with shaft lengths up to 96".
• The 110" shaft-length model requires a Sea Swivel XL instead.
